Slip Dress in the Early Morning

Sometimes bed dressing is just appropriate, probably in summer whilst frolicking through a field full of sunflowers or daises... not in winter in the middle of a road leading from nowhere to nowhere (no offence Tallarook, I'm sure you are a wonderful place). 

However this is what I did.

 In some sleep-deprived stupor, I stumbled from the car at 6am in two degree weather, wearing nothing but a slip dress and a very light-weight cotton shirt. Ludicrous I know. The sad fact is that I thought that I could fool myself into thinking I was actually in said field. Alas, this was not the case and instead I ended up shivering and diving back into the air-conditioned warmth of the car after only a few shots, which is probably why the picture quality isn't wonderful...sorry about that. 

With all that being said, I purchased this dress with the aforementioned field scenario in mind. It was the last one in stock and is rather large (hence there was a lot of hem clutching involved) so I will make some adjustments and do a re-run of this outfit post in a warmer clime sometime in the summer months. Deal?  

For the moment, let's just focus on my display of insanity bravery for attempting such a post, and revel in the knowledge it is at last the weekend (I thought it would never come). Hurrah!
